The company was also advancing its digital marketing efforts and considering how to use customer case studies as sales tools during business negotiations.<br><br>\n\nWith no prior experience in implementing case production, the company was looking for a partner with expertise in both industry and information systems, who could provide support from the ground up.\n\n<\/p>\n<br>\n<h2 class=\"text-lg font-bold\">Implementation Details<\/h2>\n<div class=\"content_block mb-10 flex flex-wrap\">\n<div class=\"seminar_block w-full md:w-full border-box relative flex flex-wrap items-stretch\">\n<div class=\"seminar_desc text-left px-6 m-2 shadow-xl bg-monoTone4 w-full\">\n<p class=\"font-bold\"><li>Initial consultation <\/li>\n<li>Client interview<\/li>\n<li>Case study content creation<\/li>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"py-4\">ISB Marketing conducted careful interviews with the client to understand the firm\u2019s business and how their services were developed. Based on that understanding, we conducted on-site interviews and created content featuring customers who had utilized the client\u2019s service. In the interview process, we created an environment where it was easy to talk.
