Although they had conducted customer surveys in the past, the sample size  had been too small to allow for meaningful analysis. <br>\nThrough this research, they hoped to deepen their understanding of users and improve products and services accordingly. \n<\/p>\n <p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-lg font-bold\">What We Did<\/h2>\n<p class=\"py-4\"><li>Requirements Definition, Questionnaire Design \/ Production \/ Implementation,Reporting<\/li><br>\nOnline research was conducted targeting thousands of research monitors nationwide. By setting detailed screening conditions,  we efficiently focused on the ideal respondents from whom the client wanted to gather data.<br><br>\nDuring the planning phase, we helped to set up respondent criteria and key analysis points to make sure the survey results were balanced and meaningful. <br><br>\nFor the questionnaire design, we advised on organizing the information based on research objectives, and on question logic, wording, choice structure, and response formats that would be easy for users to answer.<br><br>\nIn the implementation and reporting phases, we aggregated data across multiple analysis axes, and delivered results along with actionable insights.\n<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"seminar_block w-full md:w-1\/2 border-box relative flex flex-wrap items-stretch\">\n\n<p class=\"font-bold\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"text-lg font-bold\">Results <\/h2>\n<p class=\"py-4 text-2xl text-mainColor2\">\n<li>Gained insight into product usage and user needs that had not been captured before.<\/li>\n<li>Visualized the company&#8217;s position in the market.<\/li>\n<li>Secured the number of responses needed for analysis and acquired data to support future product development.<\/li><br>\n\nBy analysing the data across user segments, the client was able to visualize product evaluations and areas for improvement , leading to a deeper understanding of customer needs.
