Process for Identifying Materiality

We follow a rigorous process to assess materiality, considering both business and stakeholder perspectives. Under the supervision of experts, we have examined the range of social issues and classified stakeholders to identify priority issues that require our attention and proactive action. As a small to medium-sized company delivering intangible marketing services, we constantly challenge ourselves to make meaningful contributions.

Employee training

Our training program includes a curated series of insightful lectures delivered by industry experts on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) management. These sessions have helped to foster a deeper understanding of sustainability and inspire us to contribute to sustainable practices.

Identifying and Validating Priority Issues

To ensure comprehensive identification and validation of priority issues, we have held interactive workshops with the guidance of external experts. These sessions assist us in organizing the stakeholders, evaluating their significance, and consolidating their opinions through discussions. During this process, we not only recognize the importance of stakeholders but also value our colleagues' families, our future selves, and our future society. We have identified priority issues, ultimately narrowing them down to four key materialities.

Ongoing Review

In addition to showcasing our own initiatives at trade shows and sharing information externally, we actively gather insights on leading companies’ sustainability endeavors in Japan and overseas, and share this information within our company. We commit to regularly revising this policy to adapt to changing social conditions.
