Having already decided to diversify their business by selling new products to both OEMs and to consumers, they required comprehensive marketing support.
What We Did
1. Comprehensive Marketing Support: identifying the target market(s), coming up with a concept for the new product, and deciding appropriate sales channels.
2. Assisted in setting up an EC (electronic commerce) site, to enable direct sales.
3. Developed a questionnaire for licensed dealers, and analyzed the results.
4. Advised customer on creating advertisement contents, selected the appropriate mediums and venues for these various contents, distributed the ads and content to the media, and then collected, analyzed and evaluated data on the effectiveness of the various efforts.
The customer achieved their first-year sales target.
