What We Did
After clarifying the company’s corporate vision and values, we proposed ideas for revising the site in accordance with the company’s identity. We created an English-language website which harmonized with the client’s Japanese site, while instilling trust in the credibility, solidity and reliability of the company. The image of the company’s clean corporate culture was also preserved, emphasizing brand integrity. We reduced jargon and overly technical language used on the site, rendering the site easier to understand and more relatable.
After launching their new internationalized website, the customer’s ability to handle inquiries during and after participating in exhibitions and events overseas was greatly improved.
