Challenges faced by the client

A major consulting firm that provides services across a wide range of industries and companies was faced with the challenge of communicating its early user case studies in a clear and persuasive way to support business expansion. The company was also advancing its digital marketing efforts and considering how to use customer case studies as sales tools during business negotiations.

With no prior experience in implementing case production, the company was looking for a partner with expertise in both industry and information systems, who could provide support from the ground up.

Based on that understanding, we conducted on-site interviews and created content featuring customers who had utilized the client’s service. In the interview process, we created an environment where it was easy to talk. During the entire process, we provided ongoing guidance on workflow and preparation to help alleviate the client’s concerns, as this was their first time producing a case study.

  • The case study content attracted interest from companies facing the same challenges as early users, resulting in new inquiries.
  • Through posting the case study on their website and distribution in print, the company was able to use it as a shared sales tool across both its own team and group companies.
  • Content revisions were reduced to almost zero, ensuring the quality of work and shortening delivery time.
