Listened carefully to the client’s concerns, plans and issues. We created a PowerPoint presentation to introduce the proposal in detail, keeping in mind anticipated objections and other issues.
Result
・Management decided to adopt the proposal, following the meeting at which the ISB-prepared PPT materials were presented.
